School Background Information
Manor Lodge Community Primary & Nursery School sits at the heart of the community on Manor Lane in the S2 area. Part of the school building has been standing for over 100 years since Victorian times. The school takes its name from the nearby, historic Tudor building Manor Lodge, where Mary Queen of Scots was famously imprisoned for a time.
Manor Lodge Community Primary & Nursery School re-opened as an academy on 1st December 2016 as part of Sheffield South East Trust, alongside four local primary schools working closely together.
The school caters fully for the needs of approximately 300 children from the age of 3 years to 11 years.
We operate a one and a half form entry (45 pupils per year group), from Foundation Stage, through Key Stages One and Two.
